http://www.tutorialized.com/tutorials/Paint-Shop-Pro/1 I use this for photoshop. I think you have to register (it's free) this is a good site that will teach you how to use Paintshop.
Edit: Sorry I mis-read, I thought you downloaded paintshop. Just do a google search for tutorial's using that program, if it comes to it.
