Just finished a large beefmince pie.
Pretty plain and crappy...not like one I'd make.
Last night we had a great pastry with chicken, avocado and mushroom (and onion and garlic and ginger...etc) and cream sauce, lots of pepper....and about 8 random herbs and spices.
