The human deaths in 'The Last Road to Hell' segment are real, the 'human deaths' (by cannibal, by the camera crew) in the rest of Cannibal Holocaust are not real.
Some interesting folk believe this is the other way around, believing the mondo footage called 'The Last Road to Hell' is indeed faked as is stated in the film, and the cannibal-related deaths are real.
