It does look alright...I've seen poster's for it up at the local theatres but I have only just seen the trailer form the link you provided and I have to say it looked like a comedy when you first see the trailer, then it gets all horror like at the end.
Im not sure I'd see this at the movie's I think it's a wait for DVD for me.
