Bravo Microsoft!
So i bought my 360 last December & after a week i'm getting disc dirty/unreadable messages. Last night it dies on me completely with the red flashing light on the front of the console.
I phone customer support this morning & after being put on hold for 15 minutes get through to tech support, an Italian living in Italy & speaking Italian! After some confusion he then reconnects me to Tech support in England to an Indian with a very strong accent, i can't understand him & he's having trouble with my accent as well. I get cut off or he hangs up...... For the whole process to start again.
After the best part of 90 minutes & being cut off 3 times i get the splendid news i have to send the console back for repair but not too worry because it will only take 10-15 days to repair!
Anyone else had problems?
