In the early 80's late 70's there was a movie involving children that had black fingernails and when they touched you it would burn you and kill you, the only way to stop them and kill them was to lop off there hands, can any one help with this movie? pls,

oh and its NOT VILLAGE OF THE DAMNED, Every time I ask they all say this stupid S.K. movie
