Starting last Friday 13th, I ran through the whole F13 boxset over the course of a week or so. It was my first time viewing all of them except for the first two. (Still havent seen JGTH or Jason X, but they're on the desk beside me)
Anyway, I really enjoyed #8. Best sequel since #3, IMHO. It didnt go overboard with the comedy like in #6, and the plot was alot more fun than the dreck that was #7. It was sort of a happy medium; It knew what it was and didnt try to be anything else, and turned out to be a really fun slasher. Sure it was a little farfetched, but does anyone watch these flicks for realism? I sure hope not...
