very god movie for the first half or so, but then went downhill with the twist. even though the twist worked pretty well, i just didnt like it, its been done too many damn times. The movie definetly deserves the attention it gets however; bizzare and morbid atmosphere, standout performances, and good directing. if only it didnt have a twist. Yeah, but at the time it kind of started that whole "you-know what" tiwst, so when it came out it wasn't as predictable.
I actually think the movie just gets better and better as it gets rolling; one situation leads to the next until the guy is buried in shit, and we have a slam-bang ending.
It improves with viewings, trust me Mothman.
