Well, if you look at it that way, everything is bad for you if you eat too much. I mean, I hear tale that lettuce will give you the shits, tomatoes are actually in the "deadly nightshade" family, bread is a carbohydrate and at the very least can cause you to be drowsy, so on and so forth.:D
I've heard that you can eat fish all of the time, but I suppose that depends on the fish. O' course, I certainly wouldn't reccomend that with the blow fish on account of the odds, unless someone's got a bit o' wisdom about the infamous blow fish that they can pass on to us. (I still ain't gonna eat it, though).
