I wouldn't really call someone like that a transvestite, yknow...not that I'd really know WHAT to label these ones...I dunno, if they "get" that its their thing, and not yours without taking offence, then whatever...Of course I feel I've got the right to call something "weird" and not give much a shit outside.
Wouldn't really persocute a person unless maybe they showed up for a job interview like that or something. If they were a guy, I might wonder why they'd bother with effort of all the endless shit women seem to...but that's about all.
To me, a "transvestite" would be someone who makes their whole life about wearing nothing but the clothes and other accessories generally worn by the opposite sex, someone you'd not really see in their "true" form (no matter what they'd call their true form). As for how I feel about them, same as I feel about most gay folk "My world is different from theirs, we'll get along just fine as long as that's understood."
