I don't often watch special features on DVDs either. To me, all a DVD really needs is... a quality transfer, a wide selection of audio and subtitle streams, and a commentary. Needless to say, "deleted scenes" shouldn't be there, they should be re-added into the film where they were cut. I want to see the film as it was meant to be, not edited down for those with no attention span.
Slap all that together, and for any movie, it's worth owning.

Re. your delete scenes comment:
Alot of times, scenes are cut for good reason. Having them back in the film wouldnt always make it better.
Take League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. SDont know what you think of it, but I love it. Anyway...a few (most) of the deleted scenes there really deserved to be cut, would have detracted from the movie.
