**Age: 25
**Occupation: At present, fulltime student, on holidays. Studying (not sure what the equivalent would be wherever you guys are at, but) Cert. 3&4 in hospitality, commercial cookery and catering. Recently quit a job due to...lack of creative input possibilities.
**Kids: Not yet...I'd like one though. Just one...no matter how much money you have, they're still fucking irritating IMO, I think one would be easier to mould into a decent human being.
**Colours Liked: Black, purple, crimson, navy blue, dark grey.
**Colours Disliked: Pink, Green, sky blue, brown.
**Hobbies: PC gaming here and there, mountainbiking, creating recipes, experimenting with flavour combinations, watching dvds, movies, looking at new cookwear, Cooking/Preparing good food then sharing & eating it, small-scale outdoor herb and fruit horticulture, wrestling my cat, Finding music I havent heard before worth keeping, staying out of the sun, going outside anytime there's a storm or rain...love it.
**What's next?: I might specialise in certain styles of cooking (actually, I'm never going to stop doing courses), and explore the possibilities of my own small to medium sized catering operation. Getting into hydroponic horticulture, and maybe considering a small organic market business if my assorted chillis take off. Learning, more cooking, stuff...
