Halloween is one of my favorite slasher series for sure, but I don't think I'd put them at the top of my list...
1-Texas Chainsaw Massacre (original)
2-Dawn of the Dead (original)
3-Night of the Living Dead (original)
4-Demons
5-Halloween
Those are probably my top 5 just off the top of my head.
