As for Eraserhead, Ive had it on my computer for a long while now, aquired through *cough* sub-legal means (AKA Limewire). 'Cause it's such an awesome movie, I finally caved and bought the DVD.
Any decent features on it?

That would be an awesome little double feature, they're both spectacular for very different reasons. Rosemary's Baby has some of the best atmopshere possible in a movie. Creepy as hell, and very bizarre. And Freaks...well, I think you know enough about Freaks. You'll love it. The same great Browning atmosphere and tension as Dracula.
As far as Eraserhead, it has this super long and really wacky documentary called, like, Conversations or something. And it's David Lynch just spilling everything he remembers about the making of Eraserhead. He's a weird dude, gets off on a lot of weird and irrelevent tangents. He spends like 10 minutes talking about what a spectacular driver his friend is. So it's semi-interesting, but very long. Save it for a rainy day. The transfer of the film itself is worth the purchase, however.
Good rake-in today, my friend.
