It's late, but
It's still 9/11. I'd just like to take a moment to share our thoughts, Americans and non alike.
I'm not very religious or patriotic. I still think, though, that the situation deserves a second or two of silence to remember those who senselessly lost their lives or bravely lost them to save others. No drama, no controversy, just a bit of respect from a guy who normally doesn't do this shit. This is probably what my great grandpa was talking about when he waxed philosophic about Pearl Harbor. Now I know how it feels.
It's 9/11, y'all. It's a sad day right now. Lest we forget down the road, just a moment for those who died for reasons which I will never understand. Good luck to the families that need it, regardless of race, creed or culture.
