Nice responses so far - I totally forgot the space herpe in Ice Pirates, I need to watch that again.
I forgot one of mine - Pennywise the clown from the TV version of Stephen's King IT. Clowns used to scare me as a child, so that helped, but there was a scene that I remember where Pennywise is sneaking up behind some laundry hanging on a clothesline in a yard. Freaked me out.
