Of course if we consider that having a short fuse is not the norm, then provoking it might not necessarily mean somebody has stepped out of line - only perhaps in the view of the person with the short fuse concerned. I would say it is up to that individual to fall into line with the general protocol, rather than for the forum to create special needs situations which could be neverending and open to far too much interpretation. My simianophobic condition would never lead to less monkey references being actioned, for example.

So far as a libellous false quote is concerned, I agree it is out of order.
