Actually, it was 20 minutes - half an hour tops, and not really the ENTIRE forum, I'm fairly sure I missed "true crime", "toys and props" and several others. Saying I spammed up HALF the forum would've more than accurately covered it, but thanks for the compliment.
Oh, and hey...it wasn't so much that anyone didn't LIKE my recipe, in fact, I don't think I recieved any feedback about it whatsoever, it was me over-reacting to some people kinda poking fun at how I chose to name the thread...I got a little annoyed at this, mainly because I take what I do seriously, and tend to take it personally when people jest about it.
On top of that, maybe I was having a shitty day, can't rightly say I remember but I'd assume I cant've been in the best of moods.
Excuses? No. Reason? Yes.
Now, you (or anyone else) can go and post a "crybaby" picture or something of that nature, but that's all good by me...maybe it's an insecurity issue, but I'm the first to admit that this is the first thing worth shit I've done with my life, and pretty much the only thing I can do well, really well. So if taking what I do a little too seriously falls under some kind of insecurity, it's one I'm proud to hold by the hand as my own.
Going back to my over-reaction, and subsequent actions, when I did what I did, it wasn't to "get at" anybody in particular, and may well have been a dick act, but done is done. May have been a warpath situation, and yeah, I haven't forgotten that you were involved, which is why I didn't bring up anything you've said about me, nor do I intend to...but enough is enough.
That was what, around 3 weeks ago? I came back to people insulting my in my absense, still.
The post in question was made recently, as was another I took issue with...and neither to do with the incident, just a chance to jump on the bandwagon and rip into me, for their own personal rants. No reason for it that doesn't lie distantly in the past, no provocation, nothing.
That, folks...is where I personally draw the line. It's clearly personal.
