The queen alien specifically in Aliens is my favorite. I have to admit that the being in Predator is pretty cool. The werewolf in Silver Bullet was pretty good. The Gentlemen in the Hush episode of Buffy scared the be-jesus out of me. (Never was a true Buffy fan, but that episode was on one night when nothing else was worth watching, so my ex and I decided, "What the hell?)
