(Before we get started with the Final 4, I just want to comment that I think the 4 we ended up with are all true horror juggernauts when it comes to directing so you guys give yourself a pat on the back for a job well done.)

To ensure that the rightful director wins from here on out, the matches are to 10 votes instead of 7. Furthermore, there will be no more 1 point victories. In order to claim a win, the director must be leading by 2 votes or more and have more than 10 total votes.

SemiFinal - Match 1

Our first semifinalist has made his way through the tournament with a combined record of 27-10, taking out such great directors as Clive Barker, Alexandre Aja, and the early favorite to win this tournament, Alfred Hitchcock...

Dario Argento - The Bird with Crystal Plumage, Deep Red, Suspiria, Inferno, Tenebre, Inferno, Opera, The Card Player

Standing in his way is our second semifinalist, making his way through the tournament with a combined record of 27-7 with two of wins coming by way of shutout... He's knocked out Christophe Gans, Takashi Miike and Tod Browning along the way...

Wes Craven - Last House on the Left, the Hills Have Eyes, Swamp Thing, Nightmare on Elm Street, Chiller, The Hills Have Eyes 2, The Serpent and the Rainbow, Shocker, The People Under the Stairs, New Nightmare, Vampire in Brooklyn, Scream, Scream 2, Scream 3, Cursed, Red Eye

First one to 10 votes wins, but they must win by 2.
