I think theres a missed point here.
This isn't al about flaming new members
off the bat.
We are talking members who instantly come in and start trouble..
should we be allowed to retaliate and not get 'shot down' so to speak.
I think 'personally' if a new member gets flamed upon entering for making a simple mistake..then a retort is forthcoming as well.
