They even set it up...

When he is on the train when they first meet, and the German guy keeps talking about how his daughter is his life and how he wouldnt be able to live without her.
Yeah...But...I don't think that he could actually kill her himself...Maybe sell her to the people that were doing these things, to make her dad think, "These people are real...What if this was someone I cared about?"...Or maybe force him to try to go rescue his daughter from someone just like him...I'd consider that a pretty good example of 'justice'...And, of course, he gets killed in the same way as the people he killed...The ultimate justice...
