Painkiller.
It's a little like Serious Sam and Will Rock thrown into one...but darker and better than both IMO, with a crazy-ass physics engine to boot, Fuckin' crazy ambient sounds kinda fuck with you too...it's been out for a while now, but still worth a look if you haven't played it yet.
