It is grisly as hell, but there are about a dozen other threads discussing it already.
Be forewarned. There are 2 or 3 pretty brutal rape scenes as well as 4 actual animal slaughterings and 1 very authentic looking castration. It is NOT for the faint of heart or youngsters at all.
