I didn't use too much...It was one I bought from the bakery and they definitely did use too much...I hate that
When
I make pumpkin pie, I use whole pumpkins (I can make about 6 large pies from one decent sized pumpkin)...And I use brown sugar instead of white...I also use a full teaspoon and a half of cinnamon...But I only use a little ginger and nutmeg....I am very wary of those, they can ruin it very easily...
