Well, yes and no...but not exclusively you. Maybe we have different termonology, over here "having a perv" is kinda like...checking out a chick, like, checking her right the fuck out....however, doesn't really make you A Perv, which I assume means some kind of sick fucker...Although my statement stands.
You're just the tip of the iceberg of what I said, really, and usually pretty decent about the things you say although I think some of the stuff you have said in here recently is a bit mislead, could just be my older perspective, I dunno.
