Click on "New Thread" at the top right of the forum in which you intend to post a poll...Create it as you would a normal thread...Then, go to the bottom of the page...You will see this...

Click on the box to post a poll...Choose the number of items you want in your poll...After you click on "Submit thread"...It will look like it is submitting a regular thread, but a box will come up that says, "If you have chosen to post a poll....etc....", Then you can fill in your options and submit it again...that's it:)
