I think it was made in the early 90's.

In the end of the movie the witch is flying carrying a guy's baby towards that tree. The guy is following her in a car I guess and in the end he cuts down that tree.

That tree has baby-like figures all over it.

I wish I could remember some more about that movie.

It scared me for weeks!
