Well, consider it this way:
I've seen similar avatars of yours before. Same face. Didn't bother mentioning it before, right?
This picture is different:
It's better lit, the pose is better. It's more effective. It looks more like a cosmetics ad. It looks more professional. More attractive. Whatever you're doing, do more of it. You're obviously trying to present a good look, so: Good work!
I like a good picture.
