so they had problems with pigs but not chickens? then again, my knowledge of chickens is wanting, but i'll hafto check it out
Film - My neighbors dog Woody (i think he may be dead by now :/... otherwise he'd be an old fella!!) would wander from george's hous to ________'s house (her name escapes me, but they are divorced.) thats about 1-2 miles. LOL. not THAT big a difference but he would go from house to house all the time. Also, I had 2 turtles that woudl escape my pond, but one came back.
Anyway,, back to religion. I'm bad with names, but that chick Lott's wife? The issue was, the peopel were being ultra sinful or whatever, so God set the town on fire, telling Lott, his family and perhaps a few others, to leave. THe important thing he said was 'RUn and don't loook back.' Lott's wife looked back, and she turned to salt. I have an issue with this. What's wrong with curiosity? The backbone of learning is curiosity. And I somehow doubt that back then they had these wonderful phone lines, firetrucks, and fireproof shingles that we have today. Easily, if one were to go up the whole fuckin thing could go up. Also, nowadays we have the fire mechanistry to find out where it started, how/when it started, and exactly what path it took.
Kinda brings me back to Native Americans. My 4th grade teacher loved that shit and we'd always read their folklores. For a while, they probably honestly thought that it was certain god's acting on things, creating fires, rains, thunder.. etc. But now we know...?
