It actually sounds like he has some classic emotional disorders. Who would think that a paranoid dictator would also be obsessive compulsive (aka "neat freak"), not to mention he called food his "sons"?
I hope the interview was referring to things he liked to do BEFORE he was caught. I hope he gets to chase roaches around a small dark cell these days
