i passed it the first half you need alot of bullets and a punisher stand on the left side when you first walk in the door up the ladder where he just keeps walking but can't get to you stand against the wall and shoot him through the missing scraps of the thing (sorry i can't go into detail)
2nd half use a flash grenade when he drops down by you and shoot him with the rocket launcher when he crawls
