Like urgeok, I go to clubs for the live music. My brother's son plays drums in a local band and I'm always going to the shows. Its mostly a young crowd but I'm at an age where I really don't give a shit what anybody thinks about me. Besides I really like the music. Times are a bit different now.When I was in my 20s you would never see anybody our parents age at the clubs, but I grew up on rock & roll and I still like it.
I guess what I'm saying is it depends what your going to the clubs for. If I was a forty something year old looking to pick up hot young chicks........heehee...that made even me laugh...then maybe I would look a bit pathetic, but I'm a happily married forty something year old just there for the tunes.
Plus the fact that the wife is usually with me......the beeotch is cramping my style...how am I suppose to score.:cool:
