yeah, he and the boss are freinds outside of work and that creates all kinds of great confilcts of interest.


Here is a story of how fucking brilliant he is:

A lady calle dup with a problem, Jim was having a hard time articulating what he wanted her to do . (i swear he is functionally illiterate... he believes that technical terminology isnt important, even though he repairs computers....)

so, he puts her on SPEAKER PHONE instead of hold and proceeds to call her a fucking moron. Needless to say, she heard him, got pissed, snapped at him and called her boss. He didnt realize she was gone for a couple of minutes. She told her boss, and all he ende dup having to do was apologize.


He should have been fired for it, but he sent an "im sorry" email and got off the hook, simply because he is freinds with the boss...

Hahaha..I called a customer an idiot once, and didn't have to apologize. But my boss agreed....the bitch was an idiot:)
