Goin back to the actual topic, I was drivin' to class last year and I was stopped at a light.
Some ENORMOUSLY fat guy walks down the sidewalk next to the car, stop, pulls his "thing" out, and pisses all over the sidewalk. Tucks it back in, and keeps walking.
Either he was mentally unstable or he just doesn't care about ANYTHING.
