i think the one hope would be to allow clean power to be developed (solar, wind ..etc) to its fullest potential.
but as i said ,,, the oil companies rule the frigging planet and they dont want this to happen.
and there is the regular corporate greed .. companies who find it too expensive to properly reduce/dispose of their waste and filter their chimneys.
