I get to buy what the chefs in training have been making (which will be really good stuff, for the better part), at a ridiculously low price, as they'd only throw it away otherwise.

I wonder what it'll be today....soup, pies, pastries, stuffed steaks, salmon??

...AND I get to see a little bit of what I'll be doing next year, cool!!!
