i THINK IT SOUNDS LIKE "Paper house" too.
It's a UK film made early-mid 90's, about a girl with short hair (and an annoying english accent) called Anna, who's father died, the girl developes some behavioural problems, and she draws a house that she visits in her dreams when she passes out?
I think she drew a guy in the window, but didnt draw him legs, and when she went there next there was a little boy in a wheelchair, so she says to him "if my father was here he could help carry you home", draws a picture of her father in the house but the picture of his face is really shitty, she scribbles on his face, and in the next dream there's some demented looking psycho 'cos of what she drew?
If that was the film you saw, that was DEFINATELY "paper house"
I found it kinda scary when I saw it as a kid....can't remember much more.
