*People who smoke whilst pregnant, or in the direct presence of children. I'm sick of seeing this shit.
Smoking whilst pregnant is self explanatory - the SHIT you put into your body while pregnant WILL effect the child in some way.
For the parents,
If they're at home,they should go outside to smoke, or into a room to which the child has no access.
If they're out with their child, too fucking bad - no matter how much they want it, they should prioritise,and accept that their drug habit (which is what it IS) is NOT as important as the health of their child.
For this point, I'm referring only to those smokers that choocse to ignore these simple rules.
*Arsonists
*Sexual Predators, rapists, pedophiles.
*People who have commited violent (non-lethal) crimes 3 times or more.
*Drink Drivers, or those that drive under the influence of ANY illicit substance. Fucking irresponsible filth...this would be another "3 strikes" crime, unless it resulted in the death of innocents.
*People who abuse or kill animals for amusement, or use them for sexual gratification.
An animal should only be killed when it's a matter of survival, the sexual gratification thing goes without saying.
*Murderers - excluding those that have killed for any of the above-mentioned reasons.
I think that when the abovementioned acts have been commited, they should be released into the public, with a red flashing light irremovably installed into the front of their hand, Logans Run style.
The light would indicate that you could kill this person without any legal implications whatsoever.
