With small things like getting dumped or a bad fight with a friend, I get really depressed about it, cry a lot, and stop eating for a few days. It's weird, being really really hungry makes me feel so much better. :confused:
Writing everything down helps me a lot too, but I dont do that often enough.
With bigger things, I act like it's no big deal. When my grandparents died, I never cried, I avoided seeing my dad because then he would cry, and I just went on with my life.
