Wrong Turn was an ode to the Hills Have Eyes but showed us some things we had never seen before (treetop chase). Cabin Fever (I know most of you hated it, bear with me) was an ode to Evil Dead and it had an original spin. Ho1000C was an ode to TCM, but had an original spin on it. It seems we are paying homage to the 70's while still making original films. I'm looking forward to what 2004 brings.
