its just like any other animal. i dont think bobcats would run into geese in the wild. that is a big goose, the sound is startling and like any other animal, it will try to make itself appear bigger, as it did by spreading its wings.

if the bob cat continues to snoop around, eventualyl he will become brave enough and realize that goose got nothin.. then the goose is gone......

even wierder? anyone ever seen the lioness that keeps adopting an oryx??? (like an antelope). anyways, shes adopted 3 so far. but everytime the male of the pride kills it while she sleeps :(

"A lioness in Kenya has amazed animal experts by adopting her third baby oryx in as many months.
An oryx - a type of small antelope - would normally be a tasty meal for a lion, but this lioness has taken to looking after them as if they were her own.

The first baby oryx was spotted in the care of lioness last December, but it was eaten by other lions after a few weeks.

Another oryx calf was taken away from her in February and put in a zoo because it looked like it might starve.

Now she's adopted a third baby in the wildlife park.

The chief game warden said: "We are baffled. We do not know what to do with this third oryx."

Very protective

The lioness is said to be very protective of her new baby, becoming very angry if a human tries to go near.

Three adult oryxes have been seen near the unlikely pair - one of which is believed to be the calf's mother. "

Not really, thinking if she feels lonley and wants a child,. The baby whatever is there, she would properly take it as her own.
