did all dvds do that or just the ND one ?
if all of them do it .. check your wiring all the way through the system.
Something might not be plugged in all the way or 2 of the contacts could be slightly touching. Or you have something plugged into the wrong port ..
if its just the ND disc then you can exchange it today..
