I disagree. I thought he was excellent in
Edward Scissorhands,
Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, and that documentary about M. Night Shayamalan's
The Village. (That last was a joke).
Sleepy Hollow has to be the most inventive, original, and enjoyable adaptation of the story since Disney's 1949 classic. I think I'll watch it again today!
