I'd make an epilepsy-inducing 60 frame/sec psychadelic animation and send it as a chain letter. Those who aren't affected will forward it, those who are will simply fall on their back and freak out. That is, the day computer screens can actually afford that many refreshes. My motive : putting an end to those stupid chain letters.
