lol. well its not 100% rule, nothing is, but it is a good rule of thumb
anyway even if iw ere to go into that restaurant and see that yes it was clean, i still wouldnt want to go there simply becuase they cant keep the toilets celan
i mean come on.. the COOKS use those toilets im sure.. YUCKERZ
anyway i try not to eat out as much as possible. even if the facility itself is clean the people? then again this is mailny a problem with fast food, eat out type restaurants. formal dine ins normally are prety safe (windows so u can see the chefs preparing the food and stuff)
