As for abortion I think that it is wrong, but since Iam a male and have no idea what it is like to have a baby, what gives me the right to tell a woman what they can and cannot do with there bodies? I am really unsure of when life really begins, so I dont know when to say it is too late for this. I think since its legal it will never be made illegal and it is something that has to be dealt with. My problem with the right is preaching abstaining from sex, yeah right thats going to happen. With parents who dont have enough "time" to be involved with their childrens lives it isnt going to happen. There are few parents who teach their kids anything about sex and those that do should be given a fucking medal for getting involved and actually raising what they created.

Same sex marriage-I dont care who created the word, be it the French, Christians or whatever people have the right to pursue happiness. It doesnt bother me and I really dont see a problem with it. If 2 people love each other what difference does it make? Its wrong because the church says so? My religion doesnt say a damn thing about it.

About political correctness in education, my kids get discipline in many different forms, and some may see it as abuse for whatever reason. Believe me I know the difference between abuse and discipline I had to live with it growing up until I moved out at 17. But I will be damned if some govt. employee is going to tell me how to raise my children. Someone from the govt. comes and tries to take my kids from me for some alleged abuse they are going to get the business end of a shotgun in the face. In my home state, the govt. has decided that they are going to evaluate your childs mental status and they are going to decide whether or not they need treatment. Oh I think not!!! my state rep. has got the call from me on that, I dont want the government in any way shape or form involved in my childs life. And if they dont like that I will yank them out of school and home school them.

You didn't say who would be paying for the housing projects. (Even though I'm sure it would be the taxpayers.) And how the hell is building more subsidized housing going to help eliminate Welfare, that's ass backwards. If you make it even easier for more people to get free housing, then more and more people are going to want to be lazy and get a free house. Not only that, but you can't just go claiming golf courses without compensating the owners. (Those owners may have poured their life savings into the course and now you want to take it and not compensate them? Yeah, that'll fly. :rolleyes:

On abortion, if the baby is half yours, then you have every right to want it to live. If Scott Peterson is being charged with 2 homicides (Lacy and the baby) then that right there tells me that abortion should be outlawed. How can they say 'it's a baby in this case, but not in that one'. That's stupid. If a woman is pregnant, there's a baby in there living and growing. Have you ever heard of a pregnant woman giving birth to anything other than a baby? No. The moment they are pregnant, that baby starts to develop.

Same sex marriage - Your answer here gives me even more reason not to vote for you. Because it doesn't mention marriage being holy in your religion, you are choosing to disrespect someone elses. The majority of this country is still Christian and the word marriage (although it's lost quite a bit) still has some real meaning behind it.

I don't believe I said that I was for government interfering with our kids. I put the blame squarely on the parents to do their thing and raise their kids.
