I don't think I'm a nerd. I don't like Star Trek ... don't really care about science-fiction at all. Have absolutely no interest in building, fiddling with, learning about electronic gadgets and doohickeys other than what I need to get my entertainment (computer, stereo, TV, DVD, surround sound, etc.) I have never needed a pocket-protector or corrective lenses of any type. I have good social skills, and am savvy on how to dress well. My laugh isn't annoying.
The only thing I can think of about me that is at all "nerdish" -----
I am a voracious reader, particularly of selections from the "literature" and "philosophy" sections at the bookstore.
I guess I am a nerd to the humanities the way most stereotypical nerds are to science and electronics.
