that's not how you rent horror movies!
If you're deliberately renting horror movies, then you've gotta find an old, worn out copy of Dawn of the Dead in VHS, where the cover is dinged up from those idiots who think the movie dissapears when they put it in the drop off box, and with video store stickers all over the box. And you've gotta get one of those 70's supernatural horror movies like The Sentinel, or a European horror movie from the same era and genre. And you always get four, because back in the day you could only rent for 3 days instead of a week, so you'd only have time to watch three, and you'd watch part of the fourth one so you'd say "I'll rent it next time" but they're always out of it.
