"beauty is in the eye of the beholder"
it all depends. i have known girls that i thought were plain to ugly, but once i knew them, thought they were very attractive. Personality goes a long way. Plus, opinions change.
Back to my hooter statement earlier... There are women that i do not think are pretty at all, ugly even. many of them have shitty personalities to boot, but they have big ones, and that tends to blind me to quite a bit.
I know that this goes for a lot of people who have a fixation on a particular body part. What if a guy is an asshole and ugly, but you are a butt girl and he has a sweet ass?

I will not make any claims that breast size is the measure of a woman. I have had a couple fo girlfriends with next to nothing, and they were all good for their own reasons, but at the end of the day, if i had a choice of all the women in the world, and had to make a decision based solely on physical attributes, i would pick one with a big chest. And i have, so i win :) (actually, she picked me :D)
